Duties:
- All of the powers and duties, not inconsistent with the Town Charter, in accordance with the General Statutes of the State of Connecticut. Town Charter, Section 6-4
- Develop Plan of Conservation and Development
- Design Subdivision Regulations and approve individual subdivisions
- Approve special permits and exceptions
- Review proposals for various types of municipal improvements
- Review site plans
- Create and amend zoning regulations
