Coaches can help with problem solving, providing resources, contacts, and education. You do not need to give your name. Meetings are short term (1 to 5 meetings) and can provide links to other support.

Call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (or 9-1-1) if you are feeling overwhelmed with emotions such as sadness, depression, anxiety, or have feelings of wanting to harm yourself or others.
ACTION Line:
1-800-HOPE-135 (1-800-467-3135)
An adult crisis telephone line for anyone 18 or older in emotional distress or in a mental health or substance use crisis. The ACTION line is answered by 2-1-1 staff trained to offer an array of supports and options to people in distress. Available 24 hours a day.
