Runners of all ages are invited to participate in the Tuesday evening Fun Run as it enters its 25th season!, The races begin at 6pm at the Coginchaug track starting with the toddler division, ages 5-7, 8-10, 11-14, high school and adult division. Recreation Staff Job Description
Durham Recreation Playground will be held at Allyn Brook Park. Dates: Opening June 27 and ending August 12.
Recreation Playground: Playground is open to Durham Residents entering grades 1-7. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00am-12:00pm.
Little People Program: For children ages 4 and 5. Little People will meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00am-12:00pm. Little People must age 4 by July 4th 2016.
Junior Counselor Program: Our Junior Counselor Program is open to grades entering 8-10 and will meet at the same time as our Summer Playground.
Youth Night: Youth Night will be held at Strong School on Tuesday evenings from 5:30pm -8:30pm.
Thursday evenings at Camp Farnam from 5:00pm-8:00pm.
Youth Program is open to grades entering 5-8 Durham and Middlefield Residents.
Youth Night Dates: June: 28, 30, July: 7, 12 ,14, 19, 21, 26, 28. August: 2, 4, 9, 11.

Saturday March 26th, Saturday 9:00 am at Allyn Brook Park
Eggs Donated By Hi-Land Farms
1. There are 1080 colored eggs hidden.
2. There are 5 golden eggs in each age category.
3. A child can claim one golden egg prize, if they find two golden eggs please give the second to another child in that age group.
4. Bring golden eggs to the prize table to collect your prize.
5. Parents are allowed to participate with children ages 0-2. If your child is 3-4 and won’t go alone, you may join in on the hunt.
6. All golden eggs are marked with their age group.
7. No parent’s will be allowed to participate with children ages 5-6, 7-9, or 10 and up. Parents may stand on the outside of the hunting area.
8. If your child has not found a colored egg please see the prize supervisor at the prize table for some eggs.
9. Eggs are colored and boiled and placed on the ground for the hunt. Please do not eat the eggs.
