PASSPORTS FOR CITIZENS with DURHAM ISSUED BIRTH CERTIFICATES
If you have a birth certificate issued from the Durham Town Clerk's office, you should either:
a. obtain a State-issued certified birth certificate, or.
b. go to another passport facility

Online payments
The Town of Durham has contracted with the third party vendor, Sallie Mae,
to process municipal services payments made electronically via ACH
(e-checking) or credit card. A convenience fee will be charged by Sallie Mae
to process your electronic payment. This fee is not collected by or remitted
to the Town of Durham. Click here to make your electronic payment. You also
have an opportunity to use the electronic option at the Durham Town Hall using the public
access computer terminal.
