Board of Selectmen voted to establish the Youth In Government Committee at their September 24, 2001 meeting. |
Powers and
Duties: |
The Youth in Government Committee shall act as a clearinghouse for public service and/or political action requests from the public. All committee members shall be responsible for finding volunteers to undertake volunteer and political action projects.

| Term of Office: |
Student members shall be appointed at the start of the school year and shall remain on the committee for as long as they are at CRHS. Adult members shall serve four (4) year terms. Should a vacancy occur, the Board of Selectmen shall appoint a new member to fill the remainder of the term. |

Governing body of 5 adults and 4 teens (one from each class of CRHS).
